Q : How can i use drop shipping in Cassa Fashion ?
A : You will need to have at least a Cassa Basic Membership only you can use our drop shipping service.
Q : For example , If my prepaid account left RM 50 , but for now i want to check out a total of RM 80 worth of goods. Can i just pay the balance of RM 30 ?
A: No , You can't . You will need to make a minimum top up of RM 200 to proceed with your order.
Q : How do i top up my prepaid account ?
A : Each and every time you want to top up , You will need to subscribe for your desire package.
Q : For example , If my prepaid account left RM 100 . Can i top up RM 400 to get the 5% discount for Cassa Gold Membership?
A : No, You can't. Each and every time you top up must be according to our provided package.
